A Total Soul Reset involves a full 3 months, weekly, of personalized and focused coaching, hypnosis and energy work that includes any or all of the tools in my toolbox. Working together, we will set up a fully customized program, including but not limited to energy exercises hypnosis, shamanic power retrieval, spiritual quests and independent activities to add to and reinforce your success. The intention is for you to emerge as a fully empowered being at the end of our month.
